We are thinking of relocating to the Olive Branch area in the near ***ure and would appreciate information on the housing market. I have checked some FSBO sites but am reluctant to contact realtors at this time. Is there any Senior complexes in the area or maybe a subdivision that has mostly seniors occupants? Or if you have had experience with a Realtor and feel like they are trustworthy that would help. Thanks E Eslinger:

I visit the Memphis area a lot. DeSoto County, MS (where Olive Branch is located) is the fastest growing county in the state and Memphis (TN-MS-AR) metropolitan area. A lot of constructions going on.

You might want to visit the DeSoto Talks site.

Default I want to know more...

I would be interested in hearing more about your issues with Wheeler Construction. Are they the same Wheeler's of Wheeler's Appraisal. Do you know anything about the home located in Kennett, MO ? I was interested in finding out if there are any lawsuits (settled or pending) against Wheeler by any homeowners, any question of poor quality of construction on Wheeler street or in that development? Did Wheeler over promise and not deliver?
I'd be interested in what you have to say.

O B is probably the fastest growing area in Desoto County & even where I live in Hernando you will have trouble finding a house under $150K. Most new houses being built are in the $200K or better range. Many bumping $300K

Overall the whole county is above average, but with the growth crime is creeping in

a REALTOR has completed ethics training and adheres to the REALTOR code of ethics. I don't think you need to worry about a REALTOR being trustworthy. Desoto county does have several 55+ communities.

Please visit removed and you can search all the active home listings in North Mississippi.
