I don't know why they think this person may be posing as a police officer. On CNN, they just said that is simply "one theory" and there is no description of a car or a person. They said it may be someone posing as a motorist in need and waiting for good samaritans to pull over. Sounds like they are really clueless.

Meanwhile, I think the police are saying it is ok to put on your flashers and drive to a well lit area if someone tries to pull you over.

There was a witness, and now they are looking for a gold, unmarked Crown Vitctoria. It also seems that there was a woman today that got away before being shot. I'm waiting to see it on the news.

^^ I think the police are truely stumped...so far the perp. has been very aware to have no witnesses, but eventually he/she will mess up! How scary....

My neighbor got pulled over last evening for not realizing her brake lights were out, she put her flashers on and drove into a parking lot where people were still shopping. The cop was legitimate, but she told me she was terrified from the stories in the news..

Police supposedly caught this guy. He was causing a disturbance and possibly raped a woman at an apartment complex in Tunica. A gun matching the murder weapon used in the two roadside killings was in his possession.

AND YET, there is still a matter of a guy who has not yet successfully killed anyone (for all we know)
who is detained in a completely OTHER MS case where he has attempted to pull people over and they have
bugged out, one even fired at the guy while fleeing.

THEY say that the original case involving two murders was not a "fake-cop" scenario after all, but who
knows yet what is what on that deal. The guy who is alleged to have actually killed people is in custody after slipping
up and raping someone and causing a ruckus. He's done.

The other actual KNOWN fake-cop guy from a whole other county is also being held during an investigation.
It may turn out he is a killer-rapist too, who knows. We'll see, I guess.

Sometime back in the late 90's when I lived in the area, there was a guy over the border in Arkansas who was using the blue light to pull women over and raping them.
