Interesting CAse

I was reading about an interesting case that happened last year and was wondering if anyone knows how it ended. It was a crazy case where the son in law was planning to kill his wife's parents. The person in the case was named Steven Edwards (I think). I might have forgotten the name, but I think I'm correct. It was interesting reading, but I never found an outcome.
