Wedding Help! (Gulfport, Ocean Springs, Gautier: live in, gardens, yard)

I am having a really hard time trying to find a place for a wedding ceremony. I was originally looking into an outside wedding at The Old Place in Gautier but they were booked for the whole month of October next year. So then I was thinking that maybe June would be better... I can't seem to find anywhere I like though. I want about 150 people to attend and I don't really want it at a church. I live in Gulfport so somewhere close to that would be great... thanks for any suggestions..

Are there any botanical gardens, Inns, Country Clubs, maybe a friend's really big back yard that can serve as a wedding venue? Just throwing some ideas out. Hope you find that special place Congratulations.
