Lol, it MAY stick for half a day during a year that it snows. It has certainly never hung around for four days. Everything shuts down over some flurries so I can't imagine how people would act if it actually hung around for a couple of days. Can you imagine how people would drive! And poor Jackson has water lines breaking everyday and the temps have barely gotten to freezing. Listener, that looks like a nice covering you got. What year was that?

Probably was a good idea to head out in May.

That sort of thing would bring life to a complete standstill around here!

2011. We got covered up here in NE Mississippi. It hung around for a few days and then, as everyone said, it went away.
Snow is a great adventure for us. I always take the 4X4 truck out and admire it. But I'm careful. Wouldn't want to bend anything on my treasured ride.

We do get cold weather. It has been 35 degrees and raining here for the past three days. But today, the sun is out again and birds are active. Life is good, again.

Lovely. it hardly ever snows where I'm from. I can count on one hand how many times I've actually witnessed snow and the last time was in 2011 and it was the most snow we've ever had. A few years ago, it snowed in March and some people got freaked out about it.
