Apartments in Ridgeland, MS (Canton, Flowood: rent, gated, live in)

I'm moving to Ridgeland for work soon...like reallllly soon. I need an apartment by the third.

What are some good apartments in the Ridgeland area? 650-700/month maximum.

I've looked at a few from Apartments.com, and I've visited a couple but I don't have any anecdotal evidence that might help me decide.

Anybody here live in one they particularly like?

You won't find any decent apartments in your price range. There are some very nice apartments at the corner of Rice Road and Old Canton, but they are more in the $800 range. I would suggest getting an apartment in Flowood (very nice and very affordable) and driving across the spillway into Ridgeland for work. It's an easy 15 minute drive. Good luck.

We moved here last May, and lived in Pear Orchard Apts in Ridgeland until we just recently purchased a home. We lived in a 3 bedroom 2 bath a[t and found it very nice. Our rent was 820 a month, but for a one or two bedroom its less. I would check them out. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the grounds are beautifully landscaped. Two pools, excercize room, ect.

Thanks for the help guys! I had to find one yesterday so I ended up picking The Arbors at the Trace.

Good location...decent apartments..people seemed nice. Gated. And first month free!
