Zombie Properties are those homes that have started, but not completed, the foreclosure process and have been vacated by the owners.
In the below article, I see that Mississippi is among only 10 states reporting an increase in such properties.
That is an opportunity for the right family! I can see where a retiree with a little money and some home repair skills could settle right in.
