Best places to work in Gulfport/Biloxi, MS (eviction, legal)

My husband and I are both from Mississippi but moved to Texas a year and a half ago after we received our Bachelor degrees. We are moving back to Mississippi (gulfport area) in July/August this year. He currently makes in the high $30ks and I make in the mid $30ks. He works for the county of Dallas and I have worked as a legal assistant for a year and a half and just took on a new job as an eviction specialist last week. We'll both be looking for office type jobs or government or state jobs. My question is, where in Mississippi are some of the best places to work that atleast start in the $30k's? I realize there are many jobs in Mississippi that do not pay in the $30ks but I also know there are some out there that do although not as many in Dallas obviously. I thought about applying for Mississippi Power because I know they are building a new building with office jobs in gulfport near the Coastal Electric but not sure if that building would be complete by the end of this summer when we move. Any suggestions on great companies to work for with great benefits and pay? Thanks!
