Default Long Beach
Hi. Could someone tell me how much damage Long Beach suffered during Katrina? Are the areas that were hit put back together yet? We knew that Biloxi and Gulfport suffered a lot of damage. Are any vacationers traveling there or does it still have a long way to go?

Hi,
Everything south of 3rd. st is gone. - or 80% of it.
-however they are building back the waffle house, and a few houses on 90.
drove 90 today.

The only vacationers I have seen are at casinos.
beachs in long beach and gpt. are mostly open, but signs saying to keep out of water are still up.
biloxi beachs are still roped off because of boardwalk - 70%
