Where do you guys eat? I just did a Google search for Hernando restaurants and there are more independently owned restaurants than there are chains. My favorite is the Underground Cafe that has been featured on Diner's Drive-Ins and Dives.

OB does have its share of chains but you can find independent restaurants or at least locally owned chains like Pyro's Fire Fresh Pizza if you look.

My wife and I make it a point to not eat at nationally owned chain restaurants and we don't have any problems finding a place whenever we want to eat out.
