Donald Trump visit: Lumumba, others skipping event for presser

As a follower of famed acting coach Dorothy Lanier, I agree with Chokwe Antar Lumumba and the NAACP! Feigned indignation is the very best way, to co-opt an event, and make it about YOU.

Here, we see Lanier instructing one of her acting classes: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KG6MtE-PjKY Important to remember from that lesson, is "go bigger!".

And here, we see Dorothy demonstrating how, even after a brush-off, you can keep that spotlight on YOU, even when it's somebody else's spotlight. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xJhV678FPME

Kudos to Babychok, whose ploy might garner significant national publicity, for the state's Bicentennial celebrations, which national media otherwise would have largely ignored!

Ah, well. Different interpretations of "tolerance", I guess.
As in, "I can't tolerate you, but you must tolerate me. Tolerating each other is out of the question."

So some insignificant people I never heard of will not be there. I guess they showed me.

His name should win some kind of prize.

I don't like it, but this is really the first thing Chockwe has done wrong. I wish it didn't have to come to this, but hey, I'm not trying to tell a black guy how to feel either. I do think they are misinformed, but that's neither here nor there.

Overall I'm interested in how well the City of Jackson does - not political leanings.
