Booneville, MS.
I use to attend dirt tract stock car racing @ Booneville in the early-mid 1970's and really enjoyed it. Do they still race at dirt tracks in Booneville? Does anyone on this forum know whatever happened to R.B Hughes? I think he ran a automotive repair shop [Hughes Brothers]. He was a very popular driver in the 1970's at Booneville and won numerous races.
Any info on Booneville dirt track racing, past or present, would be greatly appreciated.
