Folks, I have a couple of requests - Mississippi is a very fine forum and I appreciate the fact that everyone is respectful of other people's opinions...however, there are a couple of things that keep cropping up.

First, please take the "do you know so-and-so" to the People Search forum. This is primarily a relocation forum and a place to discuss local issues - we need to stay focused in that direction.

From the Terms of Service:

"All posts about locating lost relatives, friends, etc. must be in the People Search Forum."

Posts of this type will be moved to the People Search forum.

The next thing I'd ask is that everyone watch what personal information they put out there. The administrator of City Data has not forbid putting out your phone number or email address, but please, please be aware of what you are doing when you take that step. There are over 365,000 members of City Data, but no one knows how many 'visitors', both wanted and unwanted, frequent this forum daily. At this point there are over 4 MILLION posts on this forum, so it is definitely read a lot. Your information can be picked up and you might start getting a great deal of spam, or phone calls you wish you never had. Not everyone on the internet is as honorable as Mississippians!
