Smile Healthy Food in Mississippi

Hey everyone,

Can anyone tell me if there are there any healthy restaurants serving low sodium low sugar low fat in their menus in rural areas of MS? If you know of any please let me know.

Thanks,
Healthyyou

what part of rural MS?
Although wherever it is, chances are the salad bar is the best option. MS hasn't ever been known for health food.

Depends on your description of "health food." If it keeps me alive and ticking, it's health food. For the OP, "healthy food" is probably a different meaning entirely, no unnecessary fats, no salt or MSG, no sugar unless "natural" like honey, no taste, filling like dead weight. But I agree with ookla about the availability of salads.
