I have personally invested lots of time and personal money into go zone investing in the last 18 months. It really is the best unknown secret in real estate investing out there today. Every one is so concentrated in rehabbing and trying to flip foreclosures. The unfortunate thing is that by taking those avenues, you don't get a big tax incentive for doing so.
