Default Good neighborhood for $125k or less in Southaven/Olive Branch?
I know, there probably aren't many, if any....But if you know of some good and SAFE neighborhoods in Southaven or Olive Branch with homes for $125k or less please let me know. $125k is really the at the top of our range, so we def. need some help. We are new to Desoto county and all the neighborhoods we like are not in our price range. Please help! Thanks in advance.

Thriftygal - Ross Pointe Farms in Southaven is off of Church Rd near the Desoto campus of NWCC and has several homes in that price range. Central Park in the eastern portion of Southaven has a couple of homes under $125,000. In Olive Branch, Devon Park has several homes and I saw 1 in Eastover under $125k. There are also a couple in Dogwood Manor and 1 in Plantation Lakes that are just over $125k but could probably be negotiated to your price point.

I searched a local MLS real estate website and noticed at least 18 homes in the 100k-125k range in those towns. They looked great from the pictures but you would have to see how the area is. I sent an email link to you.
