Default Post Gustav work?

Hi, I am a North Carolina data forum regular and I have a question for my fellow forum-ers.
My husband is interested in coming down to work post Gustav. There are no longer any carpenter/builder jobs in NC and times are getting tight.
He is a good man who does a good day's work. More than 20 years of experience and Hurricane Hugo experience too.
If you know of anyone who will be looking for builders/carpenters that does good work and is honest, could you let us know?
I hate to see my husband go, but sometimes families have to do what they must to get by.
I hope every one of you is safe and snug and I hope that this storm passes and leaves bright sunny days in it's wake.
