I lived in Little Rock, MS. I attended Newton County Schools until I graduated. My mother currently works for Newton County Elementary. I don't have anything negative to say about the school area. As far as living in Decatur. I have alot of friends that live in the area. It's like a close net community. Everyone knows everyone. If you ever needed anything all you would have to do is call your neighbor. I would definately recommend Decatur and Newton County School district. Only thing that I can think of that you would have to worry about is making sure your dirt stays under the rug, if you know what I mean. But I guess that every where you go would have that.
