I have had them for about 5 years. Overall they have been pretty good. My only 2 complaints:
1. One time we had an electric bill of $220 (our average bill has been anywhere from $60-$90). We tried to dispute it, but nothing ever came of it. Our neighbors had the same problem, and one of them was even away for about half the month.
2. Service can go out without warning; sometimes it goes out even without a big storm. They are generally pretty good about getting it fixed though.
To my knowledge you don't have any other choice if you are in the county though, so you will be stuck with them regardless.
