Default Oreck in Long Beach Expanding?
Hey all,
Has anyone heard or do they know if the Oreck Corp. in Long Beach is moving? I have heard that they are going to expand their operations to somewhere in Tennessee. I've heard so many good things about Oreck, I hope they are expanding and not moving.

I have read in the local paper that Oreck in Long Beach was closing and has already started letting go of people. I believe that the paper said Oreck is moving to Tennessee.

I do wish they were expanding their Mississippi operations instead of moving. On the bright side, at least they are not moving to Mexico like so many others.

Oreck is Moving to Cookeville Tn.
will be gone by end of year.
TRW plant they are moving into is moving to Mexico. (NAFTA)
