I get alot of wildlife in my garden and i love it, i just wouldn't like people to take that away its amazing. I just get the impression that no one in MS or the south actually likes animals as theres a hell of alot of hunting going on."

"I will be visiting my boyfriends parents sometime soon in MS.
Hunting is not a need, funnily we manage quite fine shopping at Walmart, i think its just an excuse for people to hunt.

"Its a shame cos its nice there. Just seems like MS is the only state thats been left so far behind and no one seems to care about how they live there.
Another thing was why does everyone hunt there, it was like a broken record and really annoyed me as no one seemed to like animals or cared about them all they seemed to care about there was just "shootin'" or killin'" for fun. That is just WRONG. I just got the impression that they are all uncivilized because where im from we dont do such things. Is there anything else to do there apart from hunting or shooting?"

When did you change you mind on the morality of hunting and killing animals?

Why am I getting the 3rd degree here? Do I question what you do in your life? NO

So why should i have to justify my life to anyone here?

This is supposed to be a forum where people help each other, not harrass each other.

If you have a problem PM me or speak to a mod. I dont see what good bringing up stuff that happened over 2 years ago is going to accomplish. Its old and in the past. People change im sure you understand that.

Actually it was about 15 months ago.
I was just curious because I loved animals too but now I am now thinking about taking up bow hunting.
You mentioned you were an avid bow hunter.
I didn't mean to hurt you. Please don't be so sensitive.

I'm sorry about being sensitive, i thought you were just trying to have a go at me like the others.

I didn't like hunting back then but i guess i just changed my view of thinking. I tried hunting and i like it, the whole being out there on your own in the wild with no one to bother you. Venison tastes delicious (never though i'd say that!)

But anything is possible, you just gotta be open minded i guess.
