The best advice I can give you is go to the county office and research the property. Talk to the people in the area, see if anyone is making plans for the area. Check for water, sewer, and any zoning changes, and prices to comply with the county or city or both. Lately it seems like everytime I think they want it this way they change the rules. After checking on the zoning, utilities, and any thing else you feel need to be researched. It is best to go in person or send someone to check it out for you.
