Look at Getwell road south of Church. After you pass Pleasant Hill, it turns in rural pastures. The only thing that may be missing is cable but I wouldn't be surprised if it is there.

All of Desoto County schools are great. You can not go wrong in any Desoto County city: Olive Branch, Southaven, Horn Lake etc... Whenever we have anything happen here (crime related) there are about three cops or more on each traffic stop, bank or convient store robbery, etc... and most of all the time they are caught and most of the time they are from Memphis. The cops in each city here do not play around. The city of Horn Lake has a crime tracker on their website. You can check out all crime related things there, lately it has been mostly lawn equipment thefts. Nothing major though. The only thing I hate is that we are by Memphis. Luckily there is so much growth here, eventually we will never have to go there. That would be great!

Hi, Maybe I am the one mixed up on the names of the road but I thought that was the name of the two streets. Maybe it is Horn Lake and Nail. Do those two street meet. There is a big yellow house there. But I do remember the address was Horn Lake Rd. There is a General Dollar store now across the street. It is looks much different than it was back then. My Grandparents started out with 150 acrea on the corner and by the time we sold the house we were down to 5. The 5 acreas and the house have been for sale for the last 2 years. They want to zone it commercial now. We had a big grapevine that I used to play under that is now gone along with other lucsious plants, schrubs, and trees. It use to be a real pretty corner neatly lined with trees and hedges. A smokehouse used to sit behind the house with a barn and a garage. We had a cattle farm, maybe you remember the place. My grandmothers name was betty wright. I thought it was a pretty place back in the day. Now there are houses everywhere. The man that lives there now told me they might end up tearing the house down. It is a shame because that was a big sturdy house built on railroads ties and had an upstairs walk around attic that was huge and could easy be converted. I always thought that if the house was updated and it would be gorgeous. It has good bones. It would be a shame to see it torn down. It would make a good Dr office or comerical office. I guess we will see what happens to corner. I just with we had never sold it. It was the bomb back in the day, We renovated it back in the 80-s but not much has bn done to it since then. It just need a little TLC. I hope someone buys it and does not tear it down, since my grandfather did built it and I spent so much time there as a child.

We moved to Olive Branch a few months ago. I always feel safe in my home and when I am out shopping, etc. I really like the particular area we are in. If you are still looking/interested, feel free to message me and I'll give you more information.

Dickens Place Subdivision in Southaven is really nice and close to about everything. If you can find a house built by Mike Fuller (Get It!) he really builds beautiful quality homes. We bought from him, great home, beautifully built. You don't see this kind of quality from many builders anymore. He builds in other subdivisions here in desoto county also, not sure if he has any left on the market right now.
Good Luck...
