Default Science Education

I want to know how is the controversy of Intelligence Design in Mississippi. I have been reading several online articles and blogs that the people of Mississippi are ignorance and "out-of-date", compared with most of the United States. I support science education in Mississippi, but not the many evolutionary theories that are out in the scientific communitiy today. I learned that only a population changed, that is some individuals in a group are selected and produce new species/populations, not a change in an individual species. This example can be found from the local environment (Mississippi fields and swamps) to the Pacific Islands.

Nevertheless, I hope that the state of Mississippi will understand more about science and the outside world.

Have fun and faith in God.
