Geez, there's a lot of cheerleaders out today...
Sontag is a small community about 20 miles east of Brookhaven, located near Hwy 27 just north of Monticello. I wouldn't even call it a town. It's mostly fields, woods, and farms; very quite place. I had a friend who lived there growing up, and we would play in the hay bales, go fishing, and riding four wheelers a lot. Everyone that lived there went to Monticello for school, groceries, some shopping, etc. That pretty much sums up my experience with Sontag.
