Keller Properties, LLC Home Builders reputation (Olive Branch) (Southaven: for sale, real estate)

We are currently looking to build in the Olive Branch area. Can anyone provide information regarding the reputation and quality of the Keller Properties builders?

I've been in Desoto County for 7 years. I work in Real Estate. I can't say that I have ever heard of them. Sorry!

He has/had houses in Robinson Crossing in OB. Just east of the Southaven/OB line on Church Road.

Just wondering if you ended up using Keller to build your home. The pictures and price estimates on their website look encouraging, but the prospect of finding my own land, etc. is a bit daunting. We are considering moving to this area from MD within the next year.

By that time, they may have opened the back side of my neighborhood. They started working on it but stopped short of platting out the lots. Check with Bridgeforth out of Nesbit, MS. There are also lots for sale at the corner of Church Road and highway 305 in Olive Branch. Any agent should be able to help you.

We were the first to buy when they opened up the new section of our neighborhood. We had a floorplan layout in hand and walked up and down the dirt road picturing how our house would look on each lot. I could go into more detail with my builder and subcontractor names but I've had my hand slapped before for 'advertising'. Send me a direct message if you need more information.
