I lived in D'Iberville for 1 1/2 years. If you are looking for an apt., I would choose Arbor View. The apt. was new and spacious, and the community in general was very well maintained and service requests were completed in a timely manner. The property is very nicely landscaped as well. Its proximity to shopping is excellent, right next door, as well as being across the street from the post office and library. It just a hop skip and a jump to I-110 which will take you over the Back Bay to the beach and casino row, as well as downtown Biloxi. North on I-110 takes you to I-10 and all points east and west, as well as the booming North D'Iberville. Tons of shopping, movie theaters, the 1st Target on the coast and many, many more shopping venues...and more to come. New homes, mostly luxury types, also flourish in this area. Depending on what you want to spend, for new construction, I would reccomend Adams Homes (225k-295K), Mason Trendsetter, (200K-295K) and Hyneman Homes, (150k to 185k), and a super custom development of 400k + homes developed by a single lady...cant remember her name, built my cousins home...but she builds an incredible house...all of these are reputable builders with nice homes and neighborhoods. Many consider D'Iberville to be one of coasts more progressive and up and coming communities. Good luck !
