Default How's life in Greenwood?

I recently visited the area, my third visit there. I must say that I do like that area. Anyway, those who are familiar with it, resident or visitor, what do you like and/or dislike about Greenwood and LeFlore County?
I must say that I like the layout of the city, the friendliness of the people, the natural beauty of the Delta, and the historic downtown.

P. S. The Cottonlandia Museum is one of the finest small town museums that I have visited anywhere.

There are some really good things about the delta. We lived in Greenville. Despite its reputation, we did make some really good friends. We loved our church and our neighborhood.

But the crime all over the delta is a problem. Local law enforcement in most of the Delta has a reputation for being very corrupt. The public schools are horrible. And I've never seen poverty like I saw when we lived in the Delta.

I wouldn't move back to the Delta. But I would love to go back and visit.
