Deep Sea Fishing in Biloxi (2009, how much, cost)

Our family is spending 4 days in Biloxi (July 2009). My husband and I would like to take our adult kids (ages 25 and 19) on a deep sea fishing jaunt...not that we are big fisherfolks, but so they will have the experience. My husband and I both remember going on (unsuccessful) deep sea fishing trips as children and are glad we had that memory. Our kids are kinda old, but have never been and we would very much like to do this.

So...I am Googling and have no idea which company would be good and what kind of cost is fair.

Any and all advice is appreciated. We are looking at a 4 or 4.5 hour trip. What should we look for? How much should we expect to pay?

I have been fishing there, but it was years ago and I don't recall the outfitter, but I remember paying about $100-150 per person (about 5 of us). I don't remember if that was a half day or full day, but I would guess that it was a half day.
