My job is for team member. I am hearing alot about traveling and i was just wanting to brace myself for that. just wondering what they are doing with most of the team members and how long they are having to stay.

They are sending team leaders to Kentucky then a few weeks to Canada. From the way I understand it, Team members will have to train out of town too, but just for 2 weeks, either Canada or Kentucky.

We are in Kentucky now and I know they are sending a few more groups up here for training. Most team member training will take place at the Blue Springs location. That is why we are here so we can train team members.
Travel to Canada seems to depend on department. I know that team leaders in Body Weld and Paint departments are being sent there.

I have finished my interview and drug testing. Got an email yesterday saying background check was complete. When I get on toyotas website and check my application it says you have been asked to schedule yourself for the next step of hiring process but when I click on that it says your application is currently being reviewed?? What is this about?

Next step is the physical. Same as the interview they will call you. This is a good status to have.

Has anyone that interviewed in March noticed that we are all waiting for a start date and physical. They are going to be calling us together to start soon. I just feel it. As my grandmother used to say "mark my word". And prayer always work.
