Hi everyone! I am new to the forum but have been reading it for a few weeks. Here's my timeline:

initial application: April 3
Day 1 computer test: April 18
Day 2 work day: April 26
interview/drug test: May 17
Call from HireRight needing info: May 19

I am a former teacher who moved back to Mississippi after losing everything when husband left 25 year marriage for another woman. I am currrently staying with family and desperately need this job!

Not to be offensive, I promise, but wow, everything in under 2 months! I applied in September of 2010 and had my interview February 1 2011. Have not heard since then but last week some people that interviewed in January got calls from HireRight for verifications.

I am very sorry for your loss and my thoughts and prayers are with you.

It may seem fast but to me 2 months sure does feel as long as you have been waiting!!! I think I just happened to apply when they began gearing up the process. From what I gathered from my interview they have been hiring for production support (leadership, quality, paint, stamping) which is only a fraction of the number they need. Those positions require more training so had to be hired first. A majority of the jobs still need to be filled which is in assembly. There are nearly 1000 jobs still out there so don't give up!
