Default How is Biloxi looking these days?

I'm going to Biloxi next weekend and I was just wondering how the beaches, shops and restaurants are looking. I'm going to make myself stay out of BSL and Waveland. I used to live there and I'm just not sure I can take it.

I figured the weekend after Labor Day would be a bit less crowded, and I promised my daughter a trip to the beach this summer.

Biloxi is looking better. Lots of development because of the casinos. But if you drive Highway 90, it will break your heart. There's big areas that haven't been rebuilt yet.

I figured, which is why we are in a hotel right on the beach in Biloxi so I don't have to drive on Hwy 90 too much.

I may go back down there by myself and go to BSL and Waveland, but I'm not going to spoil my daughter's vacation (and her bff's) by sitting on the beach crying like a baby.

I haven't been towards Biloxi since about March or so. Then....it was still sad looking....But they were rebuilding. I am unsure how far along the beach area is going. I know the casinos are and have been back up and running! Enjoy your visit!!!

it's pretty sad from Waveland all the way through Biloxi. there's nowhere really to eat or stay save a couple places.
