Does anyone know much about outdoors/hiking/camping opportunities around Hattiesburg? I was reading about The Black Creek Wilderness in the De Soto National Forest. Anyone ever been hiking there? Are the trails used much?

I have family in Jackson and went on a hiking trail there and it was very overgrown. I may be moving to Hattiesburg next year, so just trying to see what's around...
