mlgarrett is on a distinguished road
I moved here a year ago. Iuka,MS is a small town with several lake nearby and HWY 72 is easy acess. From Iuka you can go north and be TN in 10min. or go east and be in AL in 10min. or less. Iuka does not have a lot of shopping, it does have several boutiques, 2 grocery stores and a Wal-mart(not Super), family owened restuants. The schools are pretty good, they don't have alot of extra activities. It does seem like everyone here is really into their kids. There is not alot to do here, but maybe enough...fish, hunt, and any water activities you desire. So most people pack in to watch what ever kids sporting events are going on.The people really are the friendliest!! Good Luck!!!
