I live close to Lyman, and it is a small town right out of Gulfport. There is not much in Lyman but it is only about 3 or 4 miles to Gulfport. The beach is about 10 miles. It is close to the Interstate and Retail Shopping Center, Outlet Mall, Wal-Mart, K-Mart and alot of choices of restaraunt. There has been alot of new construction going on in Lyman with some nice neighborhoods (Off of Hwy.49).
