Hello,

I am from Spain (Barcelona) and I have a grant to go to Missoula to study this octuber o maybe ealier. First, I will be there for 4 months but maybe I could be there for more time if finally I find another grant to start some master. I would like to know everything about this city and Montana. What is the stylelife?, how is it like?, how is English?, what places could I visit? what is the wheather like?...Futhermore, I want to know if there is some web page to look for some apartment or some room to rent. Surely, I will have to go to the students resident but I would like stay in other place. And finally, I would like to know how many spanish people there are for these lands. I think there will not be a lot but well I would like to know it.

Thank you.

The International House at the University of Montana should be able to help you: [Mod cut]

It sounds like you're more interested in an apartment, though. [Mod cut]

In general, Missoula is a lovely and relaxed town. Coming from Barcelona, you might find it a bit small, not to mention cold in the winter! I recommend buying a good winter coat, gloves, a hat, and boots when you arrive. You can find these things at REI, Bob Ward, or the Trail Head. There are some nice restaurants, good coffee shops, excellent hiking, and plenty of bars and concerts. I think you'll find that the community is welcoming and friendly.

I love Barcelona, by the way. Viva al campeón de la copa del mundo!

Best of luck to you.
