Schools?
Jobs? (factories)
Rentals? (average rent for a 2 or 3 bd. apt. or house)
Things to do?
Etc...

My Uncle and Auntie has been living in Clinton for 25 years. It is a great place. He lives in the golf course area. Unfortunally there are no online newspaper to look at. My suggestion is to call

and asked for listing of rental property landlords and also asked what is the name for the main newspaper to locate for jobs? You probably would have to order to have newspaper mailed at your house for a fee.I hope I am sum help for you. |

Craig's List might have rentals listed for Clinton. The best way, however, is to put Missouri newspapers in your search engine, then go to Missouri newspapers list or link and find one close to Clinton. Click on Classified, and you will find rentals listed, and possibly some ads of agents.

I lived 10 min from clinton for 3 yrs
Clinton is one of the best places around!! I loved it when i lived down there to just go and hang out at all the little stores and visit with people. they are all very friendly and willing to help anybody.
THey have a great community center that they just built a couple years ago with a pool, skate park gyms ect. They also have a lot of activities for the kids and are very family oriented around that area.
There is a couple factorys that you can work at and a hospital Goldenvalley Memorial and some nursing homes. They also have a super walmart, country market grocery store and several family owned stores and motels around.
Truman lake is another thing that is great about living down there... lots of things to do if you like boating fishing ect

How close can u get a house to the lake? How are the schools? Are they welcoming to outsiders? Thank you for the information I really appreciate it.

Well we are gonna be moving to Clinton sometime in September so I was just lookin to get all the information a newcomer would need. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all that have gave us info.
