Couldn't agree with you more! Kind of like Cardinal baseball fans. We are everywhere from sea to shining sea!

Default What about us cowgirls??

When I was in High School, we used to call ourselves "Sea Horses"! (translates to Flower Child/Cowgirl) We lived 20 miles outside of Houston, TX, so had the bright city lights and all that goes with it, but went on trailrides every weekend or opportunity. Love all critters, but especially the horses! (Navaho Queen, first "pony"). Really miss the (real)country, but like my little secure area in SW MO., for now. I've always tried to get the dh to sell everything and move to the middle of nowhere (or at least a place where you can see it from!), raise our own food, fowl, etc. and live "off the grid". (I love playin' in the dirt, making things grow!) I would welcome the hard work and all it's rewards, but, he won't do it. HE is a definite city boy, but you should hear him sing!! But, as they say opposites attract, and I love him dearly!

Oh, I learned how to drive on my Uncle's dirt track in Cleveland, TX when I was 11! Drove in my first Powderpuff Derby at 14!!!
(All my Dad's brothers were east TX stock car racers! Uncle "Punk" was Elvis' stunt driver in "Speedway"!)Thank you , thank you very much!! But, I think I wanna be a Redneck when I grow up!!!
