Good question shadow....how about "free-wheeler". To think, I almost named him "lug-nut". Then we could have just called him "lug" after his surgery!

Oh geez..... looks like I need to get back on the farm quick !! I thought it was a deer when I first looked at it too. Many years ago when we lived in Okla hubby found a baby deer on the military base he was stationed. Mama had been hit by a car. He brought it home and we feed it fresh cows milk from a baby bottle. Kept it tied up to the carport until it got to big. We named it Bambi. (singing.... "memories....... memories...")

Why did you let the Deer go???? It was your pet... I would just let the deer roam around your yard. Speaking of DEERS I have been in the middle of night to let the puppy out to potty I see maybe about 4 to 5 deers. It is awesome to see. I wish they come out in the morning so my kiddos could see them. I am hoping the deers will come around when it snows. Cool HUH???

We didn't exactly let him go....... it was the opening day of hunting season and I guess all the noise scared him. He broke free and we never saw him again.

I am so sorry for your lost. It is so hard to lose someone you love and cherish but I am sure he is in a happy place now and he is thinking about all the fun things you done together. I notice you have another one and how is it doing? Sorry again for lost.
