Yes. Very small town. Most goods and services would have to be obtained in other nearby towns. Pomme de Terre lake is 20 or so minutes away.

Just curious if anyone from Weaubleau has any eye out on this forum. Is First Congregational United Church of Christ still active in that town? I drove by this summer and I wasn't sure if they had disbanded. I did get some good pictures though!
Weaubleau does seem really "out there" but it seems friendly, quiet, and has some good history. It is definitely rural and probably struggles economically like most communities that far from any larger "hub" cities.

I have been there a handful of times. Very tiny town in a very pretty area. I would guess most folks go to Bolivar to do their shopping. The senior center there is extremely active, they have big to-dos a couple Saturday nights per month. A very good place to retire, for some folks.
