that is too funny, shouldn't laugh, but,,, can just see him wandering about in the corn fields...
Reminds me, have yas ever done one of those corn mazes? They have 'em all over, esp. northern IN. Be fun!

btw, lol,,, ummmm,,, not "Blue Grass" music, altho' will be sitting on grass while listening to "Blues". Ya know, like BB King, Memphis style music... Altho' there is quite a bit of blue grass I do like/love, non-gospel style like AKUS, etc., my overall pref is Blues - the magic that comes from folks like Robert Johnson, Bessie Smith, Muddy Waters, Billie Holiday, Otis Rush, Slim Harpo, Etta James, etc., that influenced later rock bands such as ZZ Top, and the great Led Zeppelin, etc... sorry,,, got me going on my passion of music...

True confession, Shadow...I have been lovin' blues-y soundin' music for years but have never known where to start...who I like and don't like. Sounds silly, huh? I even make up blues-y sounding songs when I'm cleaning or showering.

I'm with you, 2b! If it isn't someone very obvious, I can't tell you who sang what. I just sing along and enjoy a lot of music, even from my parents' generation!

Although I'd rather be going to the lake, we're headed to the Good Guys Car Show at Kansas Speedway. Cousin coming from Omaha with his 40 Chevy, we're taking the truck, 69 Chevy. Thank heavens the weather won't be as hot as its been.

Gee, sounds as if everyone is going to have a good time this w/e. I'll just be here at home, painting ceilings and walls. But Blues, oh, yeah. Have loved the Blues for many years. Oh, you mean the MUSIC BLUES. Golly, I sure had that mixed up, ShadowCaver. Yes, Blues are the best, hope to hear some over the weekend myself. I grew up listening to various artists on St. Louis radio (remember radio?) stations.

Okay, all have a great time of what's left and see y'all later.....
