Douglas County Missouri
I'm from south Texas and wife and I will be traveling through Arkansas and Missouri during Labor Day week.
We will be in the Branson area and was wondering if anyone knows where the old
Henson General Store in
Champion is located ? I know that the turn off from Hwy 76 or 14 to Road C takes you near it, BUT there are several county roads that turns off of Road C. I noticed on the map that there are several CR's in that area. They are 228, 229, 230, 231, 232, & Mo-WW? Does anyone know if the store is located on any of the roads listed ?????? Henson's General Store There's a phone number there so you can call for directions.
That Rural Missouri magazine is actually put out by our electric cooperative...it's always got some really neat articles about out of the way places!
