This was on the news this morning and sounds like a good time.
The 27th Annual Sertoma Clubs Chili Cookoff is this Saturday at the Springfield Expo Center. As many as 80 local chili cooking teams will compete for prizes and bragging rights, while you sample their creations. Eleven bands will perform live during the event, which goes from 11 am – 5 pm Saturday. Tickets are $9 in advance or $12 at the door.
