Thumbs up Springfield Event for Homeowners

I just learned that this weekend (Fri-Sun) is the Home Show put on by The Springfield Home Builders Association (HBA).

Here's 417 Magazines page on it: Best of the Day - Southwest Missouri
For more information, you can go directly to HBA's website: Home Builders Association of Springfield Missouri - Builders, Remodelers & Associates
Click on Events and then choose Home Show. There's a pdf that you can download that gives the listing of vendors and booth map.

Thank you LJ, for this information. This is an event that I believe my hubby would enjoy. I will think about making plans to 'come on down' for a few days. Just hope that the weather is good. I read the 'flyer' and would love to see the sidewalk art....always so interesting if it is the 3-D type,

Hope to be able to do this and will contact you if this can happen.

For those wanting to drown worms and/or get some lures wet, and do it for free - this weekend:

Missouri Free Fishing Days
Quote:
Join the fun June 6-7, 2009

Maybe you've never fished before, and you're not sure if it's right for you. Or perhaps you fished when you were a kid but never have time any more. You just want one day when you can take the family out to the lake and enjoy nature together. Free Fishing Days are your chance to sample the action without having to invest in a fishing permit. ...
