Additional directions to the New Franklin Event. If coming into New Franklin from Boonville/I-70 turn left at four-way stop in New Franklin. Continue West until you reach the school (on your right). Take West Broadway to the left in front of the carwash. Continue on west and you will come to the University Research Center at the bottom of the hill. Easy to find!

The lovely old historic Missouri Theater in St. Joseph is offering two performances (one at 3 pm and the other at 7 pm) of "The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe" tomorrow (Sunday 10/7). Dang, I wish I didn't have to leave there and fly back here! I am suffering from acute Missouri withdrawal that can be only partially alleviated by going up to California's Gold Country this time of the year and close to Christmas.
Sigh. I just have to keep dreaming about fun stuff in St. Joe, Hermann, and plenty of other places throughout MO.

locked?? This thread is not locked nor closed. Do you mean "un-stickied"? I think it should definitely be stickied for easy reference as it has a ton of great info of interest to many peeps.
