Since there are so many small towns in MO, I thought it might be helpful to call first to see if they actually have them on hand. To help each of us find our closest Chamber of Commerce, here's a link that gives a list of offices around our fair state: Missouri Chamber of Commerce and Industry

Presented by the Greater Ozarks Marine Dealers Assoc. (GOMDA) Boat Show A'Rising 2008 will be held January 10-13th. This will be at the E-Plex exhibition facilities at the Ozark Empire Fairgrounds. The E-Plex is located just off of I-44 and Hwy. 13. Show hours are Thursday , Jan. 10th, 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. Fri. and Sat., Jan. 11th and 12th are 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Sunday, Jan. 13th 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Admission is $6.00 for adults and children 12 and under are free. The boat show will have all types of boats from aluminum fishing boats to pleasure boats to ski boats to $1,000,000 house boats!

Scott Lancaster will be performing Saturday night at Ahoy's in Kimberling City! It will be all acoustic and very laid back! So bring your request list and your 10 best friends and join us!


Be watching for the date of our upcoming "PETSTOCK III"! (Tenatively set for last Sunday in February or first Sunday in March.) It is our 3rd annual benefit for the Branson Tri-Lakes Area Animal Shelter! We will have LIVE MUSIC ALL DAY FROM NOON TO MIDNITE! Special Branson "Stars" such as Doug Gabriel, Eli Barsi, The Liverpool Legends, The Branson Brothers, Mike "tator Patches" Nickols, Terry Sanders, Perry Edenburgh, The Motown Experience, Red Neckers and many other local bands will be in attendance, too. In fact, if you have a band or stand up routine, play the kazoo, etc., and would like to be a part of this event, please DM me and I will schedule you in! Or, if you would like to advertise in the Program, or just donate, feel free to contact me or call Ahoys at 417-739-4044. ALL proceeds go to the shelter. They will have some animals on the property available for adoption, as well. (They ALL got adopted last year.!!)
We will have Souvenier Programs for a $2. donation and be accepting supplies for the shelter, such as paper towels, cleaning supplies, dogfood, old towels and blankets, and of course, MONEY!!! (We raised over $2,000. last wear, AND send a dog to "Fire and Rescue School"!!
