I am going to parents weekend at Mizzou. My daughter is a Freshman and she is taking us to a Tiger's football game tomorrow. Woot!!! It will be my first ever college football game so I am pretty geeked up.

Going for a ride.
Since I'm still on crutches, my options are limited but I'm going stir-crazy. We've decided to pack a nice picnic lunch and take a drive down towards Roaring River. Maybe take a drive up the hill in Eureka Springs and view the old Victorians.

Fishing....and getting ready to travel to Missouri, silly!
I'm hopping on a Midwest Airlines flight to Kansas City this coming Tuesday, and at long last getting to see St. Joseph with my own eyes! It's going to be a lot of fun.
Tomorrow (Saturday) we're having an electrician come over to install a new outdoor light fixture outside our front door, and to (this is going to sound funny) fix our gas fireplace remote control! When it works the way it should, you just hit the button on the remote control and
presto! The fire comes right on. But we need to get these things done (and a few more items) before we can put the house here up for sale.
There's a great trail that used to be a railroad bed that goes from Graton to Forestville here in Sonoma County. Hopefully Mrs. Northbayeric and I will go on a hike on this or some other trail Sunday afternoon after church.

Still painting....finished up my second to the last room. Got the new vanity, sink, faucet, medicine cabinet and lighting fixture installed in the bathroom, looks great! Finished up some small carpentry projects, picked out a paint color for the outside of the house....LISTING IT NEXT WEEKEND!! Fingers crossed for us to move this house quick.....3 mortgage payments....oye.....

I'm hopping on a Midwest Airlines flight to Kansas City this coming Tuesday, and at long last getting to see St. Joseph with my own eyes! It's going to be a lot of fun.
