Heard you got an inch of rain. My in-laws live in La Habra. They said you guys have cooled down. The smell of rain is coming here again.

The kids and I sat back and attempted to put puzzles together. Sunday and today is another story. Nice and warm again. I need more rain!!

wow the pic is small but from what I can see ......it reminded me of when we lived in Oklahoma ------lol girl ya know what they say.............once ya go country ya never go back! lol
I was pregnant in Oklahoma and our neighbor was so close .. dh was on assignment .......... and I would be laying in bed hearing the neighbor girl and her boyfriend .. ohhhhhhhhhhh I love you bla bla bla .........well one night they got me going lol.. I got up and yelled out the window shut the h ......... up and go to bed already so she loves ya and ya love her get over it and go to bed!!! ............ I guess that mushy stuff hit my hormones wrong! That was the day I said I am going back to the country ........... few months later I was next to the corn fields again!
Thats wierd the pic is so small when I look at it its pretty big. How is that? Anywhoo. After seeing what acreage looks like, when i look out my window I feel like all those people are in my yard! LOL. Could be worse I know. I thank GOD every day I have a place to call home. Know what I mean vern.
your farm is awesome !! but then i love anything to do with the country and country living and animals......i have 40 acres and half open and half wooded and lots of critters...will have to get some pics together in my 'spare time' and put them on here...my farm is just a hobby farm but i still love it here !! out in the boonies-very private and quiet...my own heaven's retreat !! would not live in the city for nothing!!

Hey ya wanna here somthin funny. My hubby comes home from work all excited. "guess what?" he says. " today a seen this truck with Missouri plates on it. ( a delivery truck of some sort) I get to talking to the driver who tells me how beautiful it is in Ozark and I ask him all kinds of questions " He's goin on telling me about the conversation and as he comes to the end he says " He's lives in Missouri, I just wanted to touch him and see if was real! LOL I should of asked him if he got his autograph. LOL! He is soo cute.

Hey bentaxlecrew....and all..you should be here now in my neck of the woods...whew...what a storm...We really needed this rain...Lightening, thunder, strong winds, heavy rain..it is lovely...really....no tv. Dish is out right now...But you would enjoy this... It is what I'd like when it is time for bed....The sound of the rain on the skylight in our bedroom is something else. I love it...
