He can come up as soon as we close! I'm not trusting anything until that is done....we close November 20th....I'll have a talk with St. Joe and explain the situation, I'm sure he'll understand!!

Don't remember all but one is sagacious , had to look that one up !! Hey, I'm from Arkansas.......... anything over 4 letters is a big word to me !!
