Tasting: glass of Stony Hill Wine [from the soil and soul of Missouri ]

Listening: XM Radio, channel 59 Led Zeppelin [one of the bestest bands of all times!] - all day, all freaking day!!!
Just done playing "The Battle of Evermore", "Tangerine", and now... "Black Dog" ...ohhhhh baby!!!!

Viewing: web sites filled w/ hockey news, happenings in China, Value Stream Mapping, off-beat goofy stuff, CDF , gmail & yahoo emails, weather...
...and the tinkling stars reflecting over the pond through the foggy trees...

How ya all doing?

I grew up listening to the 50 and 60's in the 70's and 80's. Love the Platters to this day. "only you.. can make this world seem bright" all time favriot song.

Cool What Is And What Should Never Be

Bent, you are serious?!?! OMG... lady, they are THE best R&R band of all times [w/ Pink Floyd durn near tied w/ 'em] - combine some deep blues, a good dose of rock, tad bit country, a hankering of folk, and a bunch of at times soft yet amazing energy, that be this band [hence their name: light like a zeppelin, yet heavy like lead - Heart, to mention one, was deeply influenced by this band]. For example, I can not drive w/o speeding up even more when their songs are being released by the speakers - take Immigrant Song... just so durn powerful, and my steering wheel and dash become guitars, drums, keyboard, and microphone...

whoo Ill say! But I do know stairway to heaven. When I was little I had one of those table stereos that your bed would tuck partially under during the day. I would leave the radio on all night. I had this nightmare to the song "stairway to heaven" and "dust in the wind" something about hell and a yellow hard hat. SO spooky! Funny now!
Jd you and me have some catchin up to do I guess. Lets go listen to "Immigrant song' and see what all the fuss is about. But.....not while were drivin. Sounds dangerous.
